Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I purchased a policy through Dairyland Auto on March 3rd but then found out I did not need that insurance so I cancelled on March 4th. I sent my email of my cancellation and was told it would take 2 to 3 days to process so I waited called back and was told once it processed they would hold my check for seven days.

I finally got processed but for the first time today March 18th I was told I would not receive any refund because they expected to have me for a year what kind of *** was that really! I am living at a shelter with my 3 children and that $60 dollars is very precious to me to feed and cloth my children!! Don't you care Dairyland about our lives how would you feel if it was your daughter, mother, son or wife put yourselves in our shoes for once!!!!

If it was you I am sure you would have something to say about not getting your refund. Maybe y'all have never lived in a homeless shelter but that $60 dollars means everything to my three children!!!!
