Dairyland Insurance - HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
My vehicle was backed in to by a Dairyland Auto client. It has been 3 weeks.
He NEVER reported the accident. MY insurance sent them a 20 page fax a week AFTER the accident, which they claim they never received. So, the following week, I called to check on the status, just to be informed a claim WAS NEVER FILED! I called their claims adjuster NUMEROUS times, which she NEVER returned ANY calls to me OR my insurance company!
Then I called them YET AGAIN to let them know I need my vehicle fixed and need a rental in the mean time, as I have no left front turn signal or headlight, so it's not drivable legally, and they said they are going to total put my vehicle on $2,000 damage! STILL NO RENTAL OR CALL BACK! My child has surgery (which is 110 miles round trip) in 2 DAYS! I NEED a vehicle I can safely and legally drive to take her for surgery, and they STILL won't call me back or help me at all!
I was NOT at fault, they admit their client is at fault, and they STILL won't do ANYTHING! This is the WORST company to file a claim against!
